A well established Lower North Shore Commercial agency based in Crows Nest is looking to employ a qualified and vibrant sales consultant to expand their existing team. You will have the chance to work closely with an incredibly experienced team of Directors and will have the opportunity to shine and not be held back by any over-complicated corporate structures.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our successful team in Sales and Leasing. The role will receive mentoring and training, as well as full support from an administration team.
You will need to be persistent and have a great attitude. The rewards are endless and your time is your own. You will be provided with extensive autonomy to succeed in the role, and have the opportunity to show leadership and grow the listings base and team success.
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes:
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Professional work ethic with integrity
• Strong motivation to succeed in the industry
• Ability to canvass and seek out new business
• Autonomous and reliable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent using MS Word, Excel, databases and issuing Lease Proposals
• Excellent personal presentation
• Good negotiation skills
• Current driver's licenee and a reliable vehicle
