Our Client
Our client and their team have been winning awards and leading Brisbane Bayside Real Estate market for over 10 years. You will join a dynamic, fast paced and supportive team with highly experienced Property Managers and Sales Agents who have extensive knowledge in the Real Estate industry and Brisbane's Bayside. You will be joining a team of other Sales Agent that pride themselves in professional service to their clients.
The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Agent with 2-3 years Residential Sales experience to join their team. You will be joining a team who is professional, approachable and always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and be able to hit the ground running in this successful Agency.
Your role will consist of but is not limited to:
- Prospecting
- Negotiating sales
- Preparation of sales contracts
- Obtaining listings of properties
- Conducting open home inspections for listed properties
- Networking for new business and identify new business opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Sales Person Registration Certificate
- 2 -3 years residential sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI's
- Ability to work autonomously from home and on the road
