Our Client is a very supportive Director who works alongside a bright, energetic team. The company offers strong systems to allow you the opportunity to focus on providing exceptional service to your landlords and tenants.

The Role:

Clean Portfolio of 160 properties
1 in 3 Saturdays approximately 10-1pm
Administrative support
Conducting open for inspections/routine inspections
Maintenance and work orders
Lease renewals and rental documentation
Liaising with owners and tenants as required
Managing online advertising

The Candidate :

Previous property management experience
A commitment to delivering a superior level of customer service
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong lateral thinking and a knack for problem solving
Agent's Representative Certificate & National Police Check
A valid driver's licence
