Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North based in Stafford is a highly awarded, market leader in commercial property and are currently seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager to work within our growing property management team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to take that next step in their career in property management.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be highly energetic, proactive and have a willingness to go the extra mile.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 2 years previous commercial property management experience
- Experience working with Console (highly regarded)
- Understanding of landlord budgets and reconciliations
- The ability to prioritise a varying workload with multiple deadlines and tight time frames
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Well presented, with excellent written and verbal communication
- A "can-do" attitude
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite of products
