IPA are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager for their busy client in Townsville - relocation is now on offer for the right person!! Previous commercial property experience is essential to this role.

Duties include the below;

• Sales and marketing

• Reporting and liaison between owners, solicitors and staff

• Inspections and on call work roster (after hours emergency contact)

• Maintenance and arrears management

• Portfolio checks and recoveries in place

• Insurance and rates

• Managing of junior staff

• Budgeting and finance

• Preparation and negotiation of contracts and leases

• Properties adhere to compliance and auditing
