The Agency

We have an exciting opportunity to join a boutique agency on the stunning central coast. This is a long term position within this agency for the right person. Offering a high level of service to there clients, with delivering a professional approach.

Your New Role

As the new business development manager you will have the acumen to align both the property management and sales sector's into leads-appraisals-new business. Being able to have the sound ability to be able to hold phenomenal relationships with agents, network agencies and property industry professionals.

Your responsibilities will include

 Responding to new management enquiries promptly, listing presentations & rental appraisals, comply with company checklist policy and procedure, conduct handovers to property managers, prospecting plans/reporting. Working closely alongside with the sales and property management team. Maintain and develop client relationships, offer professional advice to clients.

A bit about you

You MUST have real estate experience. Being able to build and manage relationships whilst attaining new business. Have a reputation of being honest, reliable and trustworthy. Reliable vehicle and certificate of registration is also a MUST.
