Leasing Executive role for a leading property owner & developer
Your new company
Our client is a rapidly growing property development & investment company. In a relatively short period they have built the foundations of an impressive investment portfolio containing high quality property assets (retail & commercial) in around Sydney.
Your new role
Key responsibilities of the role include assisting the leasing manager with vacant tenancies, lease renewals, undertaking inspections, marketing of properties and monitoring each property for future vacancies. You will also assist with the preparation of lease proposals and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will ideally have 1 - 2 years of experience in commercial leasing with a proven ability to demonstrate lease negotiation skills, you will have excellent communication skills and be proactive, self-motivated and driven. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be looked upon favourably.
What you'll get in return
This is a newly created role and you will be reporting directly into the leasing manager. The organisation has recently acquired multiple A grade assets and their plan is to continue to grow their portfolio. You will gain exposure to retail and commercial assets and they offer excellent career progression opportunities. Salary will be approx 70K - 80K + bonus.
