Your New Role
Your role will be to provide intensive support to a leading Central Coast agent. This is a rare and wonderful opportunity to work and learn from an exception team giving you a chance to extend your real estate knowledge without the daunting reality of commission only.
This opportunity will provide a practical learning experience, supported by theoretical training and a view to become a future individual high performance agent with uncapped earning capacity!
Your responsibilities will include
Buyer management and negotiation
Conduct open house and other inspections, and provide feedback
Actively participate in all training and development opportunities
Process enquiries on properties
Prospecting activity to gain future business
Administration as required for the department
Buyer call backs
Lead generation
A bit about you
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation skills
