Our client is a well respected name brand with a fantastic reputation in the industry. They have very little staff turnover and a portfolio that is primarily made up of high end properties.  They are seeking a Property Manager that is motivated, enthusiastic and proactive to join the team. 

The Role
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties. All portfolios are capped at 180! 
 
Skills & experience
They are looking for an experienced Property Manager that is motivated and can work autonomously. 

• Lease renewal and rent reviews
• Repair and maintenance
• Lease sign-ups and preparation
• Routine inspections
• Arrears/Tribunal
• In going/outgoings and routine inspections

You must have;
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Positive attitude and be a team player
• Reliable Vehicle and valid drivers licence
