What this job involves
You’ll be based on site at a large shopping centre located in Darwin. You’ll ensure that the centre is fully maintained with your daily focus spanning EH&S, presentation, overall maintenance of the property, capital works and security.
Your priorities at all times will be the health, safety and security of all visitors and occupants, and the presentation & performance of the centres.
Promoting and demonstrating superior customer service will be a key element of this role

It is preferred that you have had a similar Operations role in a retail environment, with either a trade or engineering qualifications (mechanical or electrical). Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with sound technical knowledge and a proactive and positive work approach. The ability to be assertive when required, to remain calm in pressured situations and a high level of attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.
