This exciting new job opportunity will be joining our Debt Capital team, who advise and arrange financing for acquisitions, developments and refinances across all real estate asset classes.

With a major focus on global solutions, the team operate as part of an integrated regional team across Asia Pacific, with specialists in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, China and Australia. The team specialise in sourcing both domestic and global capital looking to deploy into Australian real estate opportunities.

Sound like the team for you? Join them in this exciting new role as an Analyst! You’ll be responsible for supporting the team to win business, execute transactions and deliver optimised capital solutions for our clients.

Snapshot of the role:

• Real estate and market analysis
• Assist with development of debt capital strategy for assets/clients
• Undertaking cash flow modelling and analysis of property transactions
• Transaction management from origination to financial close
• Assist with producing marketing materials for property finance transactions
• Analysis of interest rate and foreign exchange markets
• Maintain client and debt capital databases
• Assisting the team in developing new ideas to enhance performance

We’re seeking someone who is proactive in their approach, and seeking continuous learning and development in both industry knowledge and analytical skills! You’ll be an excellent communicator with a strong client focus and ability to handle complex tasks!

You’ll have a degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related discipline, and be efficient in carrying out all tasks assigned to support the team in order to achieve the best possible outcome!
