This is an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic candidatefor a growing company based in the South/East. Our client is a large Commercial Real Estate company who have a Commercial Owners Corporation division and are seeking a Commercial Owners Corporation Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager looking to make the switch and have that work/life balance as this role doesn’t include weekends!
You will learn every day and will grow into a Senior Commercial Owners Corporation Manager within the next 12-18 months.  

Job description:
  

• Manage all enquires on your Commercial portfolio (10 to start with)
• Manage maintenance & repairs of properties
• Arrears management
• Handle lodgement of claims & obtain insurance quotation (when needed)
• Ad hoc administration duties
• Regular database management with Body Corporate Committees & Chairman
• Ensure all properties are following OH&S procedures

  
  
For this role:
  

• Previous experience in Real Estate and/or Owners Corporation
• IT savvy
• Reliable car & valid drives license
• Well presented & well spoken
• Upbeat and have great enthusiasm
• Residential Property Managers to apply
