HomeGround Real Estate is a social enterprise within Launch Housing a not for profit who’s mission is to end homelessness. Launch Housing has over 400 employees located across Melbourne. HomeGround Real Estate that provides a quality real estate services to investors and clients/tenants. This is done by ensuring that property owner's investments are professionally managed, we attain market rate rental returns for our landlords and secure housing for our clients while reinvesting the management fee into our efforts to end homelessness.

Based in Collingwood the Trust Account Administrator reports directly to the Manager of HomeGround Real Estate and is responsible for developing and delivering a number of projects associated with the merger between HomeGround and Launch Housing, compliance and reporting for HomeGround Real Estate. In addition, managing relationships through project delivery while playing a key role in ensuring HomeGround Real Estate is known as a competitive player in the industry with a reputation as an excellent service provider with a unique offering in the market place and a high level of integrity.

To be successful in this role you will need;

  • Extensive trust accounting and property management experience
  • A current Licence is mandatory
  • Proficient in Console
  • Exceptional administration and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for social justice and inclusion
  • A current drivers licence
