Great opportunity for an experienced residential focused Sales & Marketing Manger to join a rapidly expanding development group, leading the strategy and process for large scale projects.

The Role: 

Acting as the internal Manger for a variety of high rise and house & land development projects. You will be overseeing and managing all of the sales and marketing initiatives for existing and upcoming residential developments.

• Pricing stage releases and monitoring competitor’s sales and marketing 
• Creating sales strategies for the appointed selling agents and co-agents for off the plan sales.
• Setting and ensuring delivery of sales project marketing milestones for off the plan sales 
• Managing the release flow of off the plan project sales across all development projects

The Candidate: 

You will come from a relevant and suitable background that closely matches this role, either in a developer or on the agency side and be looking for that next step in your career. 

You will have proven experience of setting and leading sales & marketing initiatives for residential led projects.
