Do you have residential property experience and are looking for a positive change in direction? Keen to utilise your existing skill set and experience in a new role? This opportunity is made for you.
You’ll be The Property Management departments ‘systems best practice’ Champion, maintaining ownership over continuous improvement of internal operations, whilst nurturing key client relations.
For a high performer, there are a number of professional development streams available – progress into Business Development, manage your own portfolio - in time, or remain in a support role.
You’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy and variety in this role. Being a mid-sized business the scope of responsibilities is broad.
You’ll benefit from excellent training and professional development upfront so it’s important you’re ‘in it for the long haul’ – it will be worth your while.
The business is centrally located on the fringe of the CBD... lots of great lunching spots and fewer parking hassles.
What's involved?
- You'll support the continued operation of an exceptionally run portfolio (no mess!) that is primed for growth.
- Act as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and new business enquires.
- Upskilling, professional development and commercial property training provided.
- No PCR's (outsourced).
- Assist the PM, helping them to kick some serious goals whilst running a tight ship.
- Drive efficiencies in PM and administrative processes.
- Generate and review contracts.
- Busy hands-on and rewarding role.
- We need someone with energy (we'll provide the coffee!)
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding service – we walk the walk on this one, it's not just rhetoric.
- Property experience is ESSENTIAL - 12 months minimum
- Current REGISTRATION is a bonus
- You aren't afraid of digital change - learning new software comes easily to you.
- Self-organisation and direction come naturally to you. Autonomy and accountability drive your best efforts.
- Friends poke fun at your OCD when it comes to detail – it’s important you’re on top of the ‘little things.’
