About the Role 

 

The Tenancy Design & Delivery team provide a control and support function within Stockland to ensure levels of compliance, design and fit-out for our customers and our retail centres are maintained and delivered to a high standard.

Playing a crucial role in this team, as Tenancy Delivery Manager you will work closely with an array of stakeholders including Retail Design Manager, Leasing Team, Centre Management, Project and Development Managers and the Tenants representatives, fit-out contractors, and consultants to deliver a smooth process until the tenant is ready to trade.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Promote and lead the effective delivery of quality tenancies across several asset classes 
  • Work with our Design team to minimise costs
  • Review existing delivery procedures and systems and revise where required to better the performance and efficiency of the business unit
  • Build strong relationships with the Leasing and Centre Management teams 
  • Directly manage relationships with key stakeholder groups including internal stakeholders, tenants, shopfitters, contractors, consultants, approval authorities, and communities 

 

About You   

 

Degree qualified in a construction related industry, you will have prior experience in tenancy delivery, construction, and retail development, coupled with a strong background in managing contractors and clients. Not afraid of a challenge, you will be at ease stepping into a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate a proven ability to anticipate business needs and meet time critical deadlines. Additionally, you will have a strong client service focus and keen ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of key internal and external stakeholders.
