Description
My Client is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager with extensive experience managing a portfolio. You will be responsible for liaising with tenants, negotiating leases, coordinating make goods and refurbishments as well as managing external service providers.
You will possess strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management and will have the ability to add value to the Assets. Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, giving you the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Profile
- Strong Property Management experience in a similar role with a proven track record of adding value to the portfolio.
- Strong level of experience liaising with external agencies, tenants, internal and external stakeholder with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge across negotiation skills and understanding of relevant legislation.
- Ability to work independently and think outside the box.
- Flexibility and responsive to changing needs and the ability to multitask.
