The candidate
- 2 - 3 years of Real Estate sales experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Long-term Visa without work limit
- Responsible, organized, good communicator with clear industry vision who can also lead a team
The Role
- Client service: build up good relationships, liaise and communicate, achieve feedback, satisfy client requirements
- Set up sales plan/ KPIs based on company sales targets, lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Offer proper training to sales team members, supervise and coordinate sales activity, and support deal settlements
- Supervise and assist sales team with sales responsibilities at all stages, resolve problems, offer suggestions
- Collect and report feedback, concerns, suggestions and sales statements in an organized and effective manner
