Property Manager role for a highly successful property organisation, working on a key client account.

Your new company
Our client is a highly successful property agency based in Sydney. They specialise in commercial & residential property and offer a variety of exceptional property services to their clients. This role involves working on one of the organisations key client accounts.

Your new role
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will develop & manage critical dates & ensure the client is informed of all lease related activity, you will manage arrears and assist with tenant related matters. Also, you will do budgeting & forecasting, coordinate new leases and liaise with the trust account to ensure accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will ideally have 1 -2 years of experience in residential or commercial property management. You will have excellent communication skills, a passion for property and a desire to progress within the industry. You just have your own car and a property related degree will be looked upon favourably.
