We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.
 
So where does your new role fit into our team?


JLL is currently looking for a polished, professional and confident Facilities Administrator to join one of our successful facilities teams, based onsite  well known.
 
Our client is a well-respected international bank, and in this varied role, you will coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management as well as ensure optimum service delivery to our client.
 
Key responsibilities;
 

  • Provide financial administration support including raising purchase orders, processing and managing invoices, preparing reports
  • Coordinate facilities services: liaising with contractors, maintaining plans and assisting with inspection, overseeing access cards information
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of the risk management programs, and complete all incident reports
  • Procurement and vendor management
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations

 We are looking for:

To be successful, you will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building client relationships, possesses excellent communication skills and has a strong customer service focus. You will adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously. You will need to be able to think on-the-go and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, with experience doing so in a large complex organisation that has an international reach. Confidence, agility and adaptability are key to being successful in this role.
