Our client is a top performing boutique office dedicated to delivering their high profile clients a real estate service of unrivalled quality. Operating in the foreshore of Sydney Harbour amongst grand residences, luxurious apartments and Sydney’s most prominent clientele for over 85 years, this is an office built on a trusted reputation and outstanding records. Currently seeking the newest addition to their Property Management team, this role will suit an ambitious individual looking to step up their career.
  
As the Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force that delivers a refreshing and unique approach to achieve the best possible results. Supporting a Property Management team, this role will see you utilise your communication, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Routine inspections & Saturday work
• Diary Management
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

 
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is ready to join one of Sydney’s most exclusive teams. You will have:

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Your own car and a valid driver’s license
• Previous Real Estate Experience is ideal 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
• You must be capable of providing a 6-star service
• Work well with targets & a lucrative commission structure!
