About the role
  
This multi award-winning, commercial property management group pride themselves on providing an ethical, quality focused service whilst promoting a positive and supportive working environment.  A business that rarely hires, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager. 
  
As Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a retail and commercial property portfolio of only 22 properties, supported by a dynamic and energetic team that is focused on offering ‘industry best’ service. 

As Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include: 

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Property inspections and preparation of condition reports
• Compiling monthly financial and written reports
• Managing tenant arrears

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:

• At least two years experience within a similar, commercial property manager role
• Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
• A good sense of humour
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• A real passion for property management
• Outstanding client services
• A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
• A current Queensland driver's license.
