A leading Western Suburb aged care/retirement living provider is seeking an experienced Asset/Maintenance/Facilities coordinator.
Your new role
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for:
- ensuring the preventative and responsive maintenance of all assets on site
- ability to manage contractors
- ability to liaise stakeholders including senior management
- previous staff management responsibility and
- previous budgetary responsibility
What you'll need to succeed
In order to secure an interview, you will need to demonstrate your previous exposure to a multi-faceted environment with responsibilities as outlined above, posses an Engineering or trade qualification and able to travel between sites in Western Sydney
