Our client is a well known owner, developer and manager of commercial, residential and retail properties. They currently have a temp opportunity for an experienced Property Administrator to work alongside their team and assist the Personal Assistant of the Regional Managers.
 
Alongside the other administrators, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the project team in a number of different ways. This will include accounting duties such as creating new suppliers, processing payments, monitoring creditor reports, event planning and management, word processing, electronic and manual filing.
 
This assignment has been created due to an overflow of work within the team. Although it is intially 4 weeks, there may be a potential to extend based on work load.
  
To be suitable you must possess:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• A team player approach
• Experience in basic accounting duties
• Excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word and excel)
• Prior experience in Property highly regarded
