Portfolio Manager


In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the lease administration of a large property portfolio comprising corporate and industrial facilities and residential housing within Australia. You will foster an efficient, harmonious and close working relationship through effective communication and a close liaison with portfolio clients.


About the Role


This highly diverse, yet challenging role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Collection and validation of data pertaining to the property portfolio and ensuring that the reports required by the client can be produced on demand.
  • Develop playbooks for each site capturing all relevant details pertaining to sites and lot plans.
  • Report on occupancy and the distribution of costs across pertaining to business occupancy.
  • Responsible for tenancy management in the client housing portfolio.
  • Managing three residential Property Managers in regional Queensland.
  • Lease review requests as required.
  • Approve rent roll payments and ad hoc invoices.
  • Preparation of detailed Lease Abstracts.

About You


To be successful in the role, it is expected that you possess the following:
  • Real Estate Agents License.
  • Experience in lease administration / property management including a thorough understanding of common commercial & industrial leasing practice, legislation, procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge or experience in residential tenancy management is desirable
  • Sound computer skills, especially with regard to the day to day operation of a commercial property database.
  • Strong negotiation skills and property knowledge.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
