Metricon Homes is a leading multi award winning new home builder, committed to recruiting outstanding and professional sales individuals who share our passion for delivering quality, service and award winning living solutions for Australian families.

This is a highly rewarding but challenging sales role operating in Metricon’s beautifully presented display homes located within the Central to Southern Gold Coast regions.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions;
• Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets;
• Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; and
• Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the residential industry;

• Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
