Business Development Manager for a growing boutique company.

Reporting and working with the MD for the business, this role will see you not only having impact in the Sydney branch but also their other branch.  
 
As the new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining existing relationship for the business as well as identifying new sales opportunities.
• Having a solid understanding and able to manage the sales cycle from beginning to end.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service skills.
 
To be considered for the position of Business Development Manager you will require the following: 

• Knowledge of the strata industry in Sydney or working with residential developers (Ideally). 
• demonstrated strength in building and maintaining long term client relationships.
• A passion for success and the knowledge to develop strong sales leads.
• You will ideally also be motivated to lead your own team as you progress in the role.
