Due to company expansion, a unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Licensed Property Manager with strong business development skills. This is a full-time role commencing immediately. This is a hands on, diverse role that offers lots of support but requires a can-do attitude. You will also be responsible for the management of day to day operations of the growing property management portfolio.
The Role:
This Monday - Saturday Role with a day off during the week will see you handling the following:
• Work with the Property Management team
• Reviewing Tenant applications
• Warm calling / Prospecting
• Attending open homes
• Routine Inspections
• You will be using Multi Array
The Candidate:
You will have working knowledge of the property development process and real estate sectors with an understanding of current market risks and opportunities.
• Can-do attitude
• Passionate about the Real Estate Industry
• Own Car and driver's license a must
• Real Estate License is essential
