A Fantastic opportunity exist within a leading Ray White office for a enthusiastic individual keen to push their career to the next level.

Ray White Offices are dedicated to the growth of their property management division and are looking for an experienced, high performing professional Property Manager to join their team.

Key Accountabilities

• Portfolio management

• Lease renewal and rent reviews

• Repairs and maintenance

• Lease sign-ups and preparation

• Routine inspections

• Arrears

• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections

• Leasing

The Ideal Candidate

This is a fast-paced and challenging role that will suit a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager.

• Exceptional communication skills

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Solid work ethic

• Ability to work independently within a team environment

• Ability to work well under pressure

• High level problem solving and dispute resolution skills

Requirements

• WA certificate of registration

• Experienced as a Property Manager

• Impeccable personal presentation

• Drivers licence
