Currently looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their large Property Management division, this is an opportunity to join a large national network.
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity for join a streamline team with a large Property Management division and rent roll. Reporting into a fantastic Senior Property Manager with a plethora of experience, on a day to day basis you will be required to:

• Supporting a Senior Property Manager
• Liaising with Tenants
• Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
• Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Conduct routine inspections
• Arrears control
• As hoc administration
• Using REST, Filesmart & Inspection Manager

The Candidate:

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Previous Real Estate experience
• A Valid Drivers License and Car
• Have a positive approach with a strong customer focus
• Outstanding written & oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Act
