Our client is a specialised property management company focusing on the management of new developments, apartments and townhouses across Melbourne's bayside suburbs.
They are lead by a Director who is absolutely lovely, who rewards well and offers workplace flexibility and creates an amazing culture.
About the role
This role is to look after the management of approximately 160 residential properties. Your day will include:
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Overseeing and coordinating maintenance
- Managing rental arrears
- Conducting property inspections
- Ensuring documentation, insurance and leases are all up to date
- Providing exceptional client service at all times
- Ensuring clients consistently receive the best possible return on their investment
- General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio.

You will be supported by a full time Leasing Consultant, an Administration team and have the opportunity to work in a beautiful, purpose built office.
This role will be predominantly Monday to Friday with the odd Saturday required from time to time.
Skills and experience
Property Management experience is essential along with an Agents Representative certificate and a reliable car.
