Situated in Darra, we are seeking a highly motivated experienced property specialist and business development manager to manage our property division. With the right attitude there is no ceiling on your earning capabilities!

The Position:
- Maintain, Strengthen and manage our existing national network of affiliate partners
- Establish, grow and build new affiliate relationships
- Liaising with suppliers – developers, builders and property investment suppliers.
- Oversee social media and email marketing to our database of B2B and B2C clients.
- Reporting on business activity and KPIs
- Be the ambassador for the division
- Sales support & training of existing property specialists
Professional attributes, skills and experience required:
- Passionate about property investment
- Exceptional sales skills
- Experience in business development or account management role
- Impeccable approach to Customer Service
- Excellent knowledge on the property market
- Exceptional presentation skills, determination and the drive to exceed clients expectations and business performance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation & objection handling skills
- Strong in prospecting, nurturing, networking and presenting
- Experience selling House and Land Packages and new property to both First home buyers & Investors
- Knowledge of PIA and SMSF would be advantageous
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration required
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must
- A demonstrated ability to meeting targets and KPIs
