As the Senior Capital Works Managers, you will be responsible for the scoping, coordination, planning, delivery and administration of a range of capital works projects within the client accounts National Portfolio Capital Works program.  In addition, the Senior Capital Works Managers will be responsible for contributing to the development of the Capital Works Group by contributing to the development of pro-forma and process development, mentoring and stakeholder management. 
  
Projects will be within the built environment and range from commercial fit-outs, make-goods, technical building services upgrades and façade works among others.

• Sustainability, Risk & Compliance
• Project Management

The successful candidate will be provided with a portfolio of assets, of which they will be responsible for the project strategy, procurement & delivery to meet financial year requirements.

To be considered for this role, you must have commercial office environment experience, with a proven track record in delivering project budgets in line with brief and on time. A strong technical understanding and relevant tertiary qualification are a must.
