As our newest member, you will form an integral part of our Property & Owners Corporation Management team, you'll need to gives two hoots about making a difference, customer satisfaction and contributing to our company to become the greatest organization in the universe.

If successful, you'll be utilising your super powers to build relationships with customers, key stakeholders and providing them with your trademark powers - "love and guidance"!.

This is a varied and challenging role, managing a portfolio of clients and supporting our teams

  • Managing maintenance requests via emails and telephone calls
  • Contribute with some awesome & perhaps some not so awesome ideas
  • Generating work orders and prioritising requests in line with agreed standards
  • Problem solving & dispute resolution
  • Updating records and ensuring the information is accurately recorded

  • Experience in handling difficult & complex situations
  • Working within a fast paced office environment
  • Excellent communication
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible in approach to team work

    Your package will be based on how much the boss will allow us to spend and your awesomeness attitude rating.

    You may have little or no experience in the property management industry, that's OK. If one of your many talents is dealing with challenging customers and maintaining a positive, make-it-happen attitude, then we can provide you with all the training and support you need.
