We are looking for a residential Sales person with their sales license and at least 2 years experience to work in a smaller boutique agency in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. 

The role can change to find the right niche for you.

INITIALLY YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE;

Making contact with people each day to create a database of clients looking to sell, making appointments to do sales appraisals with the intention of listing homes for sale.

Once listed for sale you will then conduct the full sale including advertising and open inspections in conjunction with support staff.

The right candidate can expect to receive training where required which could include working on customer relations management programs to build up your customer database, and even to have senior staff accompany you on sales appraisals.

WE REQUIRE;

Although some experience  is essential your personal motivation and ability to communicate is the key.

Ideally you should have your Real Estate Sales License

Valid driving licence.

Presentable car
