About the role

• Liaise with various stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver projects;
• Communicate clearly and efficiently throughout the duration of every project and with stakeholders at every level;
• Manage the time, budget, quality and scope of works to deliver projects as intended;
• Work through the planning, design, tender, procurement of contractors & consultants, construction delivery and handover phase of each project;
• Manage key portfolios and report to senior management.

Skills and experience

• An experienced Client-Side Project Manager with construction delivery skills;
• Degree qualified in Construction Management or property relevant degree (Engineering/Architecture/Building Services);
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship building ability;
• A minimum of 2 years' PM experience in Australia delivering residential projects both new build and fit-out.
• A desire to join a successful boutique company and enjoy the spoils of working in a collaborative environment;
• A current Australian Driver's Licence
• Proficient in Chinese speaking and writing
