About the Company
Our client is a leading real estate developer and property management company who create luxurious yet affordable apartments across Australia's thriving capital centres. They have constructed and sold over 3,000 properties.
Providing an end to end service from design to construction, then sales and ongoing property management for their clients, they are quality builders who forge long term relationships with their clients.
About the Role
They are looking for an experienced property manager to handle all aspects of property management for a portfolio of 250 properties in one building, 50 of which are part of a full service hotel.
Offering exceptional training and support, you will enjoy working only three hours every Saturday with a full day off in lieu every second week.
This role suits a self motivated individual who can easily adapt to working as a part of team, as well as taking the lead and working independently.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Repairs and maintenance arrangements
- Arrears management
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Inspections
- All leasing and general property management administration
About You
- In-depth Real Estate/Property knowledge & experience
- Agent Representative Certificate / Estate Agents Licence
- Exceptionally well presented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
