Your new company
Our client is a global fashion retailer that has seen exponential growth over the past few years. Their Australian store role out has seen them become a household name within the retail sector. This is a newly created role that will see you working closely with the Leasing Manager.
Your new role
This role will see you analyse, steer and follow-up the department’s results and execution towards the expansion’s overall short and long-term goals, for profitable growth within new and existing stores. You will have a special focus on leasing, construction and facility controlling. Also, you will assist with budgeting and will play a key part in the analysis / strategy of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically (outside the square). You will have first class communication skills and have a proactive approach. In addition, you will have a Business / Property related degree and have high levels of motivation & enthusiasm (especially for retail).
