Our Client
This progressive company in the heart of the Sydney CBD has a lot on offer for their next Project Sales Executive! With a high vibe team of new generation project sales guns and inspirational directors, and a huge amount stock in the pipeline, there is both excellent career potential and earning potential.
Your New Role
Based between their modern Sydney corporate office and the onsite display suites, this position will see you reporting to the Director of Projects, but acting autonomously in the overall project sales and negotiation process. You will be:
- Servicing incoming buyer enquiries
- Database calls and prospecting for additional buyer interest
- Educating buyers regarding the project, investment potential and general property market commentary
- Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
- Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
About You
- Attitude is above all for this role - we are looking for someone HUNGRY FOR SUCCESS
- Open to someone moving into the project space from Residential Sales or Property Business Development
- Cantonese / Mandarin speaker is essential
- Driver's license and car
- A strong negotiator and an excellent communicator
- Must be immaculately presented
