The Position   
They are currently looking for an outstanding Junior Property Manager to not only deliver a 5 star service but to maintain a small portfolio.  This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has some previous rental admin or assistant property management experience and is looking for that next step in their career. You will be heavily supported in the property management team, as well as work in a fun and dynamic office!

• Providing a 5 star service to all tenants
• Opening homes & apartments for tenants
• Performing outgoings, ingoings and carrying out routine inspections
• Preparing lease packs and updating tenant information
• Tenancy employment checks and confirmation letters to tenants
• General administration and property management support
• Managing repair and maintenance requests

The Person   

• Excellent attitude
• Exceptional customer service background
• Must have previous experience in property management
• Immaculately presented
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Agents Rep certificate, clear police check and their own motor vehicle
• Must be able to work one in five Saturdays
