A fantastic role is available for an experienced Retail Manager for an organisation based near Butler.
Your new company
My client is a proven leader within the retail and commercial space. Together we are actively seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a portfolio of retail properties.
Your new role
As an experienced Retail Manager you will be required to carry out all aspects of Property Management. You will be joining a highly experienced property management team and your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with tenants
- Repairs and maintenance management
- Ingoing / Outgoing routine inspections
- Dispute resolution
- Preparation of lease and bond documents
- Lease reviews and rent reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience within commercial property management. You will have a relevant degree, be a self-starter with plenty of initiative and have a dynamic nature. Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems are also paramount for this role.
