Barry Plant Deer Park is looking for a property manager to join our dynamic office and is offering an exciting career opportunity.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, confident, able to multi-task and able to build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships with our clients.
Managing duties of this portfolio will include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and third parties
- Organising and completing viewings
- Routine inspections
- Developing of the existing portfolio
- Growing the portfolio
- Arranging maintenance and repairs as required
- Attending VCAT matters
- Following up tenant arrears
Property management experience is not essential as we will provide training. A current agent's representative, Victorian drivers licence and a reliable vehicle is essential.
