We take great pride in not only our Stunning Office in Joondalup but also our award-winning team and believe we are truly one of the best Real Estate Agencies in Perth’s Northern Suburbs.  With a strong reputation in Perth and have a fantastic large modern office along with a leading franchise and support team behind us.  You will be joining a large, people first team of professionals and taking on the contract role of Real Estate Administrator/Marketing Coordinator.   
 
The Role:
 
Joining our dynamic team you will be responsible for Administrative support for our large busy team as well as day to day Property Marketing for our team of Sales Representatives.  You will be in our business full time on a 9 month Maternity Leave contract with the possibility of extending. 

Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Co-ordinate the installation of all property sign boards
  • Compile and Print all personal marketing material for Sales Reps (flyers, newsletters, mail cards) using Campaign Track, Indesign & Photoshop.
  • Upload and ensure all property advertising is correct across all advertising portals.
  • Create and Print all Property Brochures for the Sales Reps home opens
  • Responsible for all in-house printing on the production printer
  • Troubleshoot any marketing/ advertising issues for Sales Team as required
  • Coordinate all Property Marketing and Individual Marketing Rep Requests
  • Work with sales reps to ensure they are ON brand
  • Assist with General Administration support within the office including front of house administration and sales coordinator duties
  • Backup the administration team and assist with leave cover.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry
  • Corporate presentation
  • Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new programs
  • Previous experience using Campaign Track would be advantageous
  • Articulate communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Sense of humour and the ability to think on your feet and prioritise your workload
  • Above all a customer service focus – our reps are your clients
