Your new company
An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen within a privately owned organisation with large and specialised facilities across multiple sites in Canberra to join their Property team. This organisation prides itself on their culture and unique working environment. The Tenant and Property Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting with all aspects of property management within the highly impressive property team.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible in assisting the facilities manager in all duties which involves supporting with maintenance and up-keep of the buildings and facilities, invoicing management, WHS compliance, actioning and following up effectively on all requests with contractors and leasing with relevant stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an enthusiastic individual with a strong focus on delivering results with excellent time management and organisational skills. You will be required to have some significant experience working within a property management, facilities management and or leasing environment and or have a good understanding of property management or facilities management and its processes.
