What this job involves:
The key focus of this role is to provide a high professional standard of customer service to maximize the income for Casual Leasing & Vacant Shops.
Reporting into the Centre Manager, your success in the role will be measured by the ability to achieve agreed revenue & profitability targets.
A snapshot of the role;
- Negotiation of casual leases with consideration to budgets, tenancy mix & availability
- Apply marketing strategies to attract casual leasing opportunities whilst keeping within budgetary constraints
- Provide current market casual rental assessment & advice to clients
- Maintain & manage the leasing data and systems
- Be actively involved in market research & continue to seek out new leasing opportunities
Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:
You’ll have industry experience in leasing or proven sales capability of leasing / marketing of properties.
You have excellent communication, be tech savvy, and pride yourself on your presentation.
You’ll have a proactive & positive work approach and, of course, be good at building team relationships & interacting effectively with business partners.
If you have all the above, we’ll expect you also to have great time management and organizational skills and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
