About the business and the role

This is a boutique agency in the heart of Nobby Beach. We are a fun and dynamic team of sales and leasing professionals working throughout the Gold Coast.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a driven and vibrant Property Manager to be responsible for all aspects of managing residential properties including:

• Performing and scheduling routine inspections 
• Maintenance coordination
• Liaise with both tenants and landlords
• Monitor and manage rental arrears
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing tenancy procedures
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Other miscellaneous property management duties

Skills and requirements 

• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Available to work Monday to Friday – NO SATURDAYS
• Console experience desired but not essential
• Two or more years experience in real estate industry 
• A natural communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Good time management skills imperative
• Be a motivated self starter and take initiative 
• Current QLD drivers licence
