They require the services of an exceptional Strata Manager to join their dynamic team managing a small tidy portfolio and lead by a highly respected Director. You will soon be a valuable team member wowing your co workers with your professionalism and excellent management skills.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
• Attending Meetings
• Creating Work Orders
• Liaising with suppliers, executive committees and trades people
• Budgeting
• Preparing arrears and levy notices
• Building Client Relationships

The successful applicant will have 2 years previous experience as a Strata Manager. You will have first class communication skills, the ability to multi task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
