Reporting to the Managing Director, we are looking for an experienced Property or Leasing Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
This role entails:
- Negotiating lease renewals - with a focus on securing the best deal possible!
- Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients and landlords
- Assisting with the preparation of Tender documents.
- Reporting on and tracking lease renewals using property software Lease Eagle
- Entering new leases into Lease Eagle
- Update rental increase
- Review option dates
- Sign off rental invoices and advice stakeholders of any discrepancies
- Liaise with Landlords and Franchisees regarding lease agreements
- Maintain existing portfolio
- Set up bank guarantee for all new sites
- Obtain property insurance certificate of insurance for all sites
- Manage global insurance policy with overseas company
What are we looking for:
We are looking for an engaging, outgoing individual who understands the retail leasing landscape. You will have experience in negotiating the best possible deal while keeping other stake holders up to date on the progress of all deals. This role needs to be able to work autonomously, with high attention to detail and drive. Experience within the Property Industry is preferable, but not mandatory.
