We are a vibrant office seeking a Property Manager with experience to manage a small portfolio liasing with tenants and Landlords, repairs,maintenance,ingoing/outgoing & routine inspections&reports, leasing. Renumeration is flexible and dependant on your level of experience. Occasional Saturday may be required from time to time.
No account work or EOM. Current Certificate of Registration, car and drivers licence is required. Team environment.
Excellent manner, presentation and confidence dealing with people. Hours 9am-5pm weekdays.
