You’ll join JLL within our renowned Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team. You will manage the day to day client activities for the assigned property portfolio and be the key point of contact for all key stakeholders.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Providing superior customer service,
  • Managing site budgets, accounting finance,
  • Overseeing daily maintenance and operations,
  • Contractor management,
  • OH&S / legislative requirements.

Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for:

Experienced: You have managed A-grade facilities before with a proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis whilst sustaining a happy client and team.

A great communicator: Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You’ll be working with a dynamic client, so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important.

Collaborative: In this role, you’ll work closely with the National FM, Account Director and onsite team to clearly understand requirements and expectations.  You’ll drive a spirit of collaboration to ensure that the facilities management function runs to maximum efficiency, allowing us to achieve our ambitions.

Positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude: Facilities Manager’s play an important and dynamic role within JLL. It’s a fast paced environment and you’ll need to be fast paced as well. We have a continuous improvement mentality across our firm and we’ll be looking for you to have the same. We want somebody with an entrepreneurial mind-set and the internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
